Whether individually or as a family, Clay and Associates—The Word House, Inc./Focus Consultation Services, a multidisciplinary behavioral health practice, serves the multidimensional needs of children, adolescents, and adults.

Staff include psychologists as well as counselors who are well-trained to address a myriad of presenting concerns, all starting with a thorough and complete assessment.  Coordination of care with healthcare providers, as well as other professionals, often compliment interventions.

Specific areas of treatment include:

· Psychological Testing,

· Outpatient/Intensive Outpatient Counseling/Psychotherapy,

· Employee Assistance/Occupational Services,

Welcome . . . .

David holds an earned undergraduate degree in Psychology, graduate degree in Counseling, and earned doctorate in Christian Counseling - Psychology.  Licensed as a Counselor, David has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout his practice.  He is founder of Clay and Associates - The Word House, Inc./Focus Consultation Services.  David also is a National Certified Counselor, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Certified Addictions Counselor, Certified Christian Counselor, and Substance Abuse Professional.

Cindy earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology and is licensed as a Psychologist.  Cindy has similar experience providing services to children, adolescents, and families.

Establishing an Appointment:

Just call and our courteous and friendly staff will collect all the information necessary to scheduling an appointment. 

Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. 8:00 AM to 6 PM on Tuesday, and 8:00 AM to 4 PM on Saturday.

We are conveniently located in downtown Huntington at the St. James Building, enter on the 10th Street side (same building as 5th/3rd Bank).
